This retreat will be hosted by Port-Blanc local Marion and Dublin based Amalia Vrinceanu.
Marion will lead the Flower Workshops and the way she plays with the colors of the flowers she assembles is fascinating. Working with refinement on each of her decorations, she arouses desire and excites the senses. No one can resist the urge to stick their nose into her creations.
Through yoga and mindfulness, Amalia helps people to move into a state where they feel more at ease within themselves and into the world, by developing balance, clarity and flexibility both physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

WHAT TO EXCPECT
Yoga and Flowers Retreat has been created with the intention to offer you the opportunity to nourish your body and spirit, as we move, create, dream and dance and sing together. We will also be early morning swims, adventurous walks as we explore the wild surroundings of Port Blanc.
However, you will also be where you’ll have space to be by yourself, reflect, journal, read your favourite book or simply lay down and look at the sky. A time for you to do what feels most nourishing.
